Ailsa Darroch has over 12 years’ experience in executive search for major investment banks, hedge funds and asset managers, primarily focusing on the Fixed Income markets. She has led both global and regional projects, including cross-border and cross-product assignments as well as team moves to establish new business lines.

Ailsa began her career in investment banking in Paris, where she ran a money market fund for a Middle Eastern Bank. On her return to London, she took up fixed income sales positions at both UK and Japanese institutions. She has worked in the UK, France and the Middle East and covered institutional clients in all these regions.

Ailsa holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and speaks fluent French.
